L'oreal Voluminous Mascara is the best drugstore-brand mascara I've found (and, trust me, I've been looking for a while). My Current HG Mascara
After a disaster with CoverGirl Waterproof Lash Exact (can't get it off!), I went back to my good old standby, Voluminous. I use the carbon black, non-waterproof version, which does smudge a bit (my eyes are so deep set, just about anything ends under my eyes), but I can live with it. I always run the brush through a tissue first though, as I think the tube dispenses way too much for my liking. It lengthens and thickens, which is exactly what I want. I'm hooked
My sister and I are so hooked on this mascara. I have tried to venture off in the past, especially since I sell another brand beauty products, but everytime I try to use another mascara I end up getting mad, throwing it away and rushing out to buy my Voluminous! the only mascara i will ever buy
it's true. I don't think this formula can be improved on. It adds a lot of volume quickly and without clumping, plus it doesn't flake or leave black smudges under my eyes. I mean I wouldn't wear it to the pool or anything, but other than that, this is my Holy Grail mascara. I used this mascara for many years & only recently switched to a different l'oreal mascara. A coworker recommended it to me, i tried & i immediately fell in love. Amazing length, volume & definition. I love it!
This is my favorite mascara. First I put a thin layer on and let it dry. (I do this so that it won't get clumpy.) Then I put another layer on about 5 mins later. It really thickens my lashes. Love it!!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

The best macsara ever!!!

The best!

BEST drugstore brand mascara
This has to be the best mascara I have ever used. I have tried different brands such as covergirl and maybelline and they never come close to this mascara. Of course, Lancome and other high end mascaras are pretty good too but for around $8.00 I think this one is just as good.
