Works great for the price

Looove it!
This is the only mascara I will use...I have tried all types of brands- Clinique, Dior, Estee Lauder, etc and nothing compares to how full and thick my lashes look using this mascara. Great Mascara
I have worn this mascara to work for years and love it. I was asked recently by a makeup artist on the movie set of “I Love You, Philip Morris†if I had fake eye lashes on. I was so happy to inform her no just L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Mascara in black. What a great compliment to your mascara! Carbon Black is my HG!
While I love DiorShow, LOreal Voluminous Carbon Black is my HG mascara. Drugstore, convenient, always a sale for the product. Ultimate black, lengthening, thickening and keeps a curl. The mascara is for those of us that love chunky lashes. If you are a minimalist that likes to keep it light and natural, beware because this packs a lot of drama! Not great, but not bad either
I bought this mascara from reading the great reviews, expecting greatness, but am a little disappointed. It doesn't clump, which is great, but as far as adding volume and length to my lashes? It did, but not more than other sub-par brands do. Also, it seems to coat my lashes unevenly, and also leave little "beads" on the tips, which just looks tacky. Better than most expensive brands
I always go back to this mascara. It is inexpensive and really gives you fuller, thicker lashes. I have tried many brands, always on a quest for fuller lashes, and this product definitely delivers. I try department store brands and always go back
I don't know why I'm SUCH a sucker when it comes to mascaras. I guess its because my gorgeous best friend that not only has ANGELINA Jolie lips but also has MILE long lashes makes even CHEAP mascara (ahem cover girl...ick)look great. I'm always sucked in by ad's telling me this new Dior or Chanel mascara is the HG. I shell out $25 and just like always...NO better than the Loreal Voluminous I al...read moreways come back to. I know its different for everyone...I think that's because everyone's lashes are different...just like we're all different. But for me (medium length, but light and fine lashes) this adds volume and gives the illusion of fuller lashes. Just like its supposed to. Maybe ONE day I'll find a department store mascara that magically transforms my stubs into glorious blinkers but until then I'll stick with my tried and true. So far, so good!
I've been testing this mascara out for the past several weeks, and it's a decent every day mascara. I do get watery eyes from allergies and strong fumes, and it does run/smear if I spill over (I'm not using the waterproof). However, it also washes off easily, so it's six of one, half a dozen of the other. Overall, I like it; don't know if I would buy it again, but it's definitely a very good mascara for the price, especially if you wear mascara every day.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
