It's alright....
I do like this foundation a lot, don't take the title the wrong way. The colors are fantastic and mine matches me EXACTLY whilst balancing hereditary redness, it lasts forever, even in the humid Texas summer, and the finish wasn't too matte or too dewy. Don't really care for it very much
I have read very good reviews about this Revlon Colorstay Foundation so I figured I would try it. I have very fair skin with a bit of redness around my nose, no blemishes, small-med sized pores and normal skin with a little bit of oiliness in my T-zone. I bought the product in Ivory which is the lightest shade and it makes me look white but the next shade up is too dark and yellow for my skin. ...read moreIt also settles into my pores and makes them look bigger. This was my favorite for awhile, but it tended to be too heavy and be a bit orange on my skin (although, MUCH better than most other liquid foundations I've tried). I've been using mineral foundation for awhile, but I miss the texture/ease of liquid foundation. I think I'll re-buy this, but I'm probably going to try the version for Normal/Dry skin (I do have combination skin) and perhaps go to Ult...read morera so I can match the color better. Good price, best drugstore liquid I've found. (Although I LOVED Estee Lauder, they're thoroughly out of my price range.) Probably the best liquid foundation I've tried. Works for me!
I've used this foundation for at least 10 years and it's the only one I have found that will stay on in the heat/humidity where I live! I have combination skin and am under 30 and I've been using this for 5 years. It gives medium coverage but you can layer on more product for more coverage, has some SPF but it's best to use a moisturizer with higher SPF, stays put throughout the day. does not feel heavy. Good even when I go out: if you dance and sweat your "face" won't start running off.
