Secret Platinum Scent Expressions
I use Secret Clinical Strength (which is expensive) every day. Because of the price, I tried the Scent Expressions. Unfortunately, this deodorant is made to mask odors, and when mixed with the smell of body odor, you want to run and hide. Ehhhh.....
I bought this in Cocoa Butter Kiss. I would agree with most of the other reviews; the goal of this antiperspirant seems to be more to "mask" odors than to prevent sweat. What is odd is that there is 19% AZT in this product and I thought for sure that it would help me in the humid midwest summer heat but it really hasn't. Does the job!
On my most recent trip to Target I purchased a new deodorant which was the Secret Deodorant Scent Expressions Fresh & Fabulous in the scent Cocoa Butter Kiss (the invisible solid), which retailed for about $3.50. The Cocoa Butter Kiss deodorant smells amazing, if you like coconut and sweet smelling products then this deodorant is perfect for you! Not only that, it applies smoothly onto the underarms and although it's a solid form it does not stain your clothing with those horrible white streaks! The scent is strong initially (which I like) but throughout the day the scent does slowly go away, but even in your toughest sweatiest days this deodorant does the job perfectly, helps minimize sweat and no bad odor whatsoever! The Scent Expressions line does come with 6 different scented deodorants for the invisible solid, 7 for the clear gel, and 5 matching body sprays. Don't mask with fragrances
I am a Dove deodorant user, but I was very impressed with Secret's wide selection of scent choices. I tried Vanilla Chai because I loved the sweet smell and the inexpensive price. First I thought that the scent was very lovely, but later I felt that I was only masking the odor with this unnatural fragrance. Delightful
I have stopped using this deo because I do not like the aluminum in it. I do not use any drug store deos any more because of that, actually. Now I make my own with corn starch and essential oils. But if I had to go back to using a drug store deo this would be my choice. This did not leave behind a yucky white residue on my clothing and had such YUMMY scents to choose from. The VaVa Vanilla smells like cream soda. The Coco Butter is sweet, buttery yet clean smelling, not really like coco butter. These did not irritate my skin. I liked the vanilla scent, but the anti-perspirant part did not work that well. Great Protection

Pimples?! What?!
This is freaky, but please hear me out. I used Secret for two years, and 3/4 of those years I had pimples on my armpit. YES, PIMPLES. I loved Secret, the scent, the moisture prevention (although it did leave white marks on my clothes), but when I went to the doctor after getting an infection the size of Rhode Island, she said my deodorant was clogging my pores (pores = any follicle that produces h...read moreair), just like my face, but worse since I used deodorant daily. So shop carefully ladies!
