Just Okay

Not bad for the money
First let me say I am a big fan of L'Oreal mascaras in general. This one is not my favorite. It takes a little longer to apply. Not bad!
I was very pleasantly surprised when I got this mascara in Carbon Black. It takes a bit of time to apply the mascara evenly with no clumps and it is not the most volumizing mascara, but it does a great job and I really like the dark black color.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

It's Okay...
