Solid lipliner from a solid company
It's a solid lipliner for the price. It's soft and wears well. I hate hard pencils. It didn't bleed and works well with my lipstick. It didn't last as long as I'd like, but I have that problem with lipliners. It lasts for 3-5 hours usually.
