Isn't the Best Eyeliner
The reason I tried it was because it only cost a buck. For the price, there really isn't much left to complain about the product, and it does come with a sharpener. However, the eyeliner itself neither brightens nor does it make my eyes look fuller. The pigmentation is very faint and almost not worth the effort. This eyeliner hurts!
Sorry, I am not impressed. There are good reviews for this product, but i have to say, this eyeliner does not live up to expectations. After multiple uses, the pencil is still too hard. It hurts having to scrub over delicate eyelids just to get color, even then, the low-pigmentation shows through, and leaves smudges after a short while. The lead part breaks easily, I sharpen it, then it breaks again.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
