reformulate PLEASE
This eyeliner is nothing but a chalk pencil! It's hard, doesn't blend, and crumbles a few weeks after use. "actually not that bad!"
I really don't understand why people give it these awful reviews. It's kind of like a white eyeliner pencil. In all truth, it's actually not that bad! I don't use it as an actual eyeliner, however. The ways I use this pencil are odd, like penciling in a little white dash in the inner corner of my eyelid. This makes your eyes look brighter. Or, you can brush on a line in your crease from corner to corner. Bad formula and doesn't work
I love elf, but this product was a flop. Its formula is terrible, and it doesn't make your eyes look wider. Get a white liner from another product line (suggested: Urban Decay).This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful
