I've been using Delicate Balance Toner (with the same line of cleanser) for 3 months. I have sensitive skin which is prone to patches of redness. The toner really makes my skin clear and supple. One of the better-working products. It is pricey though. And initially left my skin feeling 'tighter' after the usage.
