There is no water in this mist!
Instead of water it uses bamboo sap along with plant extracts and minerals to hydrate and protect against free radicals. It's very refreshing and it really does hydrate without making skin oily. It just eliminates dryness and skin feels comfortable without having to moisturize. The mist is not as fine as Caudalie Beauty Elixir but it's not a forceful spray.
