Not a true lip balm...

It smells like a cherry, but I can`t say that the smell is pleasant. It has sweet taste, which is not cool at all. It stays for some time in the mouth. It doesen`t give a good moisturizing effect and has a tendency to get inside of the wrinkles on the lips. It looks terribly disgusting! Though, shimmer is beautiful. It has a frosty pink colour. Not Great
This chapstick-like balm moisturizes pretty well, but it's nothing really impressive. The color is a super-light frosty pink, and I found it's just too pale for me to wear alone. In fact, if worn without color underneath, the shimmer particles settle into lines and look really bad once this stuff dries out (within 2 hours), so I layer it over lipstick as a shimmery topcoat.
