Great
I have short, sparse lashes and I have a hard time finding a mascara that looks decent on me. Several months ago I gave the Givenchy mascara similar to this one a try, and I loved it --just not the price tag. Needless to say, I was thrilled when I saw that L'Oreal had something similar that was far less expensive. I have been using this for a week now and I really like it. It doesn't go on quite a...read mores smoothly as the Givenchy formula, but it works. Yes, it is a bit more time consuming than using a traditional wand, but it gives me the definition and length that I have such a hard time getting from other mascaras, and I feel like I have more control over where the mascara actually goes. Give and Take
I actually found that the round brush made it a bit harder to apply to the top lashes and yes easier to the bottom. The stick part of the brush kept touching my eyelashes causing a clump mess because the brush is so small. However the round brush definitely cause the lashes to fan out giving a more intense look. Don't waste your money
This stupid round brush leaves HUGE clumps of product on my eyelashes and does the exact opposite of what was advertised. I'm using the mascara because I hate to waste anything, but I'm using a brush from a different brand. Disappointed
I was surprised when I opened this and found a cocclebur attached to the end of the application wand. However I still tried it. The first few attemps, I stuck myself in the eye. I was disappointed by the results of the mascara. The wand is difficlut to use. It took 3x as long to apply mascara and my eyelashes looked like spider leggs. Better formula

I do not wear a lot of makeup, so I try to pick and choose what little I wear!! I LOVE this mascara!!! The round globe applicator is GREAT!! It make my eyelashes "pop" out (I don't naturally have luxurious ones!!) This is the first time that I have ever gotten excited about a mascara. The Best!!
I have never found another mascara that covers my eyelashes like Telescopic Explosion. Because I have short, thin eyelashes, all other mascaras I've tried, and I've tried many, were less than satisfactory until I tried the Telescopic Explosion. Good idea, but horrible formula that the brush can't carry.
Lucky for me, I had a coupon, my employee discount, and there was a $3 off all loreal sale this week at walgreens so i got my mascara for $4 and change. If I had paid full price I would have been extremely mad. My first indicator that this wouldn't work was when I took the initial cap off before putting the wand in. the cap had a little stick on it with the formula on that and i wiped some of the ...read moreforumla off on the inner rim of the tube and it was so goopy and thick. Then I put the wand in and when i took it out, it too was coated in goop. As soon as I applied it to my lashes, they clumped together, something that never happens to me. I think for such a rich formula, the brush needs to be a big full sized brush and not a tiny round sphere. After one swipe I decided to go ahead and use CoverGirl's LashBlast Length as a base as I usually do and then I reattempted the Loreal mascara. I think the spherical wand would benefit better with a thinner formula such as the one in the CoverGirl mascara. Overall the mascara works ok if you don't have too much of the formula on the brush, but the formula itself is much too thick to make this product work and to produce good results without horrendous clumping. It Wasn't For Me
I didn't have much trouble with the brush, it was great for getting your bottom lashes and inner corners, but not so great with your outer lashes. The formula did stay on all day and didn't smudge, which was good. My main problem is that I have long, straight lashes that need curl and volume. If you're the same way, this mascara is definitely not for you. It lengthened my lashes, but made them...read more spidery and false looking, and my lashes looked even straighter.
