This product is great for gut health! I have been using this for 3 months now, and I am not only feeling better, but have lost some extra KG's. I'm losing weight!
I really, really love ElanVeda products! I have tried mostly all of them, but this has to be my favorite. I have been taking it for about two and a half months, and i have lost over 20 pounds! One thing this really helps me with (hopefully it will help you if you have this problem) is staying regular with using the restroom. It says that is promotes natural internal cleansing. I had heard of these things but I suppose it never "clicked". I started taking Elan Balance in the hopes of losing some weight. I read that there are a lot of other benefits like cleansing of the colon, detoxification of the liver and repair of the digestive system. I will be honest, I thought WEIGHT LOSS!! I mean, who hasn't? I have tried so many different things to lose weight, but now I realize that for it to actually happen... to lose weight and keep it off, it needs to be done the right way. Naturally. Here has been my experience... I have lost weight and I feel awesome! I lost about 20 pounds in January. I was taking Elan Balance, eating healthy foods and exercising when I could. Elan Balance really helped me use the restroom more regularly (because my digestive system was working better and my colon was being cleansed naturally ). This is when my "CLICK" moment occurred. Finally! I almost feel silly admitting that it took that long to realize it, but maybe this will help at least one other person to realize it too. So to make a rather long story short, this product has helped me tremendously. And losing weight actually turned out to be the added bonus. I now realize what I need to do to lose weight and be healthy, and Elan Balance is the best tool to help me.
