You can use these wet or dry, and they are highly pigmented. You can mix and match the colors and they glide on easily. They last for such a long time too! A little goes a very long way. Well worth the money. This lasts me months and I am able to easily create a smokey eye or a totally natural look for every day. I usually use it wet, and with a good primer, it will last all day.
