Not my cup of tea
Okay, so I received this for free and it did nothing to impress me. Since I use the Double Extend Beauty Tubes, I was hoping that this would be something similar. Sadly, it is not. Don't get your hopes up! This is the saddest of the L'Oreal mascaras that I have ever tried. Didn't Really Notice Any "Illumination"...Not Impressed
I received the Black Quartz shade, as a BzzAgent, for brown eyes. My first issue is that the wand for the black base coat side (between the brush and the handle) is too short and made it hard to apply. The basecoat formula was "okay" but not impressive. The illuminating topcoat applied okay, not a lot of clumping, but didn't really "illuminate" my eyes and none of my friends even noticed I was ...read morewearing it. Its pretty good
I actually like this mascara, it lengthens my lashes and makes my eyes look brighter. The illuminator really doesn't do much, I assume because the base is black so its hard to see. It doesn't irritate my eyes, doesn't clump, and doesn't leave a mess.
