I am a dental student and I love to floss. Glide floss is great if your teeth contact each other tightly and it's hard for you to slide regular floss between your teeth. It slides easier due to its shape and its teflon-like coating. However, for the same reason, I don't feel like it grabs at the plaque and debris between your teeth as well as other flosses. The best floss period!

The only dental floss I will use!
I started using this floss when my dentist sent it home with me after a teeth cleaning. I have not purchased another brand since! This is the only floss that I have ever used that does not fall apart or begin to unravel while I am using it. The name says it all. It just glided through without breaking or splitting in between your teeth. I have tight fitting teeth so many floss's split apart and that feels so nasty. This product didn't.
