Brightens eye area and conceal slightly
I have this highlighter pen in Radiant Rose and found that I love this product after 3 - 4 times wearing it. THis is because my under eye area is slightly dry and I feel that this product does slightly accentuate my fine lines. However, it is a great product if you prep your eye area before putting this on.
