Had Potential, But Keeps Arriving Dry!
I was in awe of this pen and its capabilities. It strokes on effortlessly, enables me to create a thin or thick line, and lasts a long time. I was thrilled with the choice of colors, especially "Coffee" (brown), "Midnight" (blue), "Plum," and "Hunter Green." However, in my last several orders the eyeliners arrived completely dried out. Dried Out Product
So I'm not sure if it's how the product is suppose to be, but the one I bought barely works. I tried testing it out on my hand first, and the line comes out spotty almost like a marker in its dying days. Needless to say, when I tried applying it onto my eyes, the results were even worst. OMG, amazing!!!
I was so shocked when I tried this. I have almond eyes, and I have the worst time with eyeliner. I have spent almost 15 years trying to find a good eyeliner...Now i found it. And, it's only $1.00!!!!
