I have naturally curly long red hair. I use a flat iron and blow dryer almost daily, so my hair is damaged. I try to air dry as much as possible but don't always have the time. I just started using the Nuance Smooth & Shine Shampoo & Conditioner and already I can see & feel a huge difference in the look and texture of my hair. My hair is down to my butt and I was on the verge of cutting it because it was starting to look unhealthy. When I tried the shampoo and conditioner, I let my hair naturally dry. It does have this shiny lustre and soft feel. My hair is damaged because of the hair straightener and blow dryer, but with this shampoo it isn't as obvious. I will be trying the mask, maybe it'll help.
