Hello Flawless Oxygen Makeup
I sampled this at the beauty store, and it had good coverage. So I bought it. When I got it home and used it, it was thin with no coverage at all. So, I returned it with that complaint. I was told it was probably thicker because it had been open the whole time it was in the store. I still returned it. I ended up mixing a foundation I already had, which was too fair for summer, and mixed it w...read moreith Too Faced Bronze Beauty Balm with a great result. Hello Flawless indeed!
I snagged a small sample of this from Sephora on a promotion. I admit I have never been a big fan of liquid foundation, but I was curious about this and decided it wouldn't hurt to experiment with liquid again. I'm so glad I gave it a try! I usually go for a powder foundation with just the lightest of coverage, and this is definitely more of a medium coverage. I thought it would be too much for me...read more, but I'm actually really liking it! Like almost any foundation, the amount of coverage is buildable. It has taken some practice for me to get a handle on how much I need for days I want light coverage and how much for medium coverage, but this is because of the sample bottle design (full-size is a pump bottle) and regardless I love having that option without having to layer or really work at getting more coverage. This looks best with a primer, but it doesn't NEED one--I learned when I gave it a test run after I ran out of primer, but before I had a chance to purchase a new one. It's always nice to have the option to skip a step if I'm pressed for time! With or without primer this foundation covers well and really lasts. All. Day. Now here's the crazy part. I was in a rush when I picked out my sample shade online, and accidentally chose the wrong one! I selected "I'm Plush and Precious Petal" when I think "I'm Pure 4 Sure Ivory" would be perfect on me. The Petal shade has just a bit too much yellow it in for my skin tone...but the foundation is so great that I've worn it a few times anyway!! I believe I will stop into the store to request a sample in the the Ivory and if it really is a match, I will have to seriously reconsider my "powder only" foundation policy and consider buying a full-size of this. This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not enough coverage...
I got this in the color "I'm plush & precious" Petal. Oddly strange names. I don't know why this is called a foundation. I feel like the texture and consistency is reminiscent to a BB cream. It has a very light coverage and not buildable at all. With three layers on I can almost get a medium coverage. The yellow in here when I swatched it on my hand almost feels like it was too much but I'm surpri...read moresed to see that it blended really nicely to my skin tone when I applied it on my face. This has a really thin consistency although not as watery as the UD Naked Skin foundation. It blended really good and dried down to a matte finish right away without it looking or feeling too heavy. I like how lightweight this is. However, it doesn't control oil long and doesn't last long either. I've had this for a little over two hours and the foundation started to get oily and faded quite a bit where my moles are now showing. This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
