A Little Goes A Long Way (8.5 Stars)
First, I want to specify that this is the Dior Capture Totale Intensive Night Restorative Crème (official name) and not the discontinued night cream. With that being said, with a very hefty price tag this cream should be perfect. I have used other creams with such heavy price tags and they have disappointed me (ahem, La Mer). I will say that it is luxurious in feeling and so lightly scented that...read more it feels like heaven. I can't say that it does what it claims...what anti aging cream can definitely be proven as true? But I will say that it's ultra rich (but not pore clogging) and as far as a night cream goes, it does give you an instant glow and even if you wake up hours later your skin will feel moisturized. I took two stars off for the price tag and all the rest go to what a great feeling this creates. I say to splurge and get this cream, use it sparingly (a very small amount goes a long way anyway and it glides so nicely over the skin) but maybe alternate with a cheaper night cream (Olay or American Beauty Overnight Radiance Boost).
