I had a sample tube of this in a gift box from Merle Norman and had a sample from another major brand too. I was not going to get a primer again because I felt there was no need or difference when used before mascara. This was because of my disappointment with the other department store brand in a blue tube. So, this will be a staple in my makeup bag for sure. Like the fact that it is made in USA too.
