This conditioner works really well and keeps my hair supple and strong. I use it for about 10-15 minutes after squeezing almost all the water out of my hair with a micro fiber towel. It has a lot of protein, which weakened hair needs in spades but it also hydrates really well also. It's the perfect balance of the two. My hair is smooth and shiny and there is zero frizz, even in the Florida humidity . I noticed a difference after only a few uses and I will continue to use this formula because I get such good results. My hair responds well to styling and these products smell amazing!
