Buyer Beware/3 1/2 mos still waiting for refund! A Scam!
The product is adequate, however their business practices are unscrupulous. I called during the trial period at the beginning of January and was given the monthly cost for each product so I elected to cancel any future delivery. A few days later I received delivery of both am and pm products and my credit was charged. I immediately called customer service, provided date of my cancellation call an...read mored whom I had spoken with. I was provided with a "return" code to write on the outside of the packages, instructed to return the unopened packages, and that my credit card would be refunded upon their receipt of the products. As of today, March 27th I have made 6 subsequent calls, all ending with the promise of a refund within 10 business days. My credit card Has yet to be credited over $130.
