One of the worst products I have ever tried!
It is rare for me to give any product a 1; if I do, I have exhausted all options to be able to work with the product, and unfortunately, this product is of no exception. I was looking to try a new stain and was sort of intrigued by this one. The packaging was reminiscent of a longwearing lipcolor (think Covergirl Outlast) rather than a stain. There were a ton of fun colors; Birthday Suit, Fashioni...read moresta and Heartbreaker, all hugely pigmented colors in the tube (think bright pink and bright fuchsia.) However, when I applied it to my lips, there was very little pigmentation; almost nothing, actually. I was shocked. I reapplied and reapplied several times; the texture was just gross - like a thin paint, well, like a longwearing lipcolor might feel. It had a slight smell of paint also. I started to build up some color after about 4 coats, then I applied the clear coat over the top. To my dismay, the applicator/product took off the little pigmentation that I was able to achieve on my lips. Keep in mind my lips were dry (no balm beforehand) and I am not sure if it was needed, but I did let it sit for a few minutes before applying the clear coat. On top of the applicator removing the color from my mouth, the consistency of the clear was thin and runny and did not provide much of a "gloss" appearance. I had to apply and re-apply this as well, but not enough product seemed to get on the applicator. This was just such a waste of time and money; I would never repurchase and couldn't recommend in good conscience.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
