Light Formula
I had rug burns on my elbow from working out, and this was gentle enough to give it some relief from the peeling skin. Moisturizing product!
Vaseline has always been my go-to brand for body lotions. I received this as a sample to try and test out. I've had experience with other Vaseline products and the one thing I really liked about the products is that the consistency is always light and non-greasy on the skin. Vaseline does intensive healing right 4 all skin types!
I was pumped at the opportunity to review the new Vaseline "Healing Serum" product by Vaseline. I already use the jelly for not only healing on things like nails etc, but on my brows as a tamer too.... Good scent, okay lotion
I received this product to review and the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming scent. I liked it though it smelled like a good perfume but I'm sure it would be too strong for some peopled tastes. It was a lot lighter then I expected it to be and it soaked right into my skin upon application. The bottle size was bigger then typical serums but small for a body lotion. I love it!
I am very particular about lotion and have to say that this one is a winner! I love the feel of the lotion upon application - it's moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. The Healing Serum is not greasy at all and does not leave a residue on clothing or jewelry - a huge plus for me. When I think serum, I think heavy duty product. So when I think a moisturizing serum, I expect it to be intense in the moisturizing department. It's above average, but still no Gold Bond
I was very excited to get to try this lotion, in the winter time my hands get something crazy dry. Being that I work on my computer all day, it's a necessity to have a really good lotion so my hands don't feel like they're going to crack open & bleed! It didn't feel greasy, (which was surprising since the bottle says "Healing Serum") & was light to the touch & dried well. Even after a couple hours after application & a hand wash, I could tell that my hands weren't as dry as before I applied. This lotion however, doesn't do a well of a job as my Gold Bond Intensive Healing lotion. I believe it's due to the fact that it's not as thick of a cream. It doesn't feel as luxurious.
