I received a sample of this and love it. When you apply it feels cool to the skin, then after a few minutes it absorbs into the skin leaving it moist . It has a slight gel /cream consistency. Once this absorbs into skin there is no mess. Best part is the reasonable price. I use as the last step in my night routine. In the morning my skin feels as soft as it did when I went to sleep.
