I wouldn’t say this is a bad product. I really experienced no bad effects from using it, but I didn’t experience what I was hoping to. I didn’t notice any increase in the volume of my hair and I didn’t notice any difference in the number of strands lost. The product has a pleasant fragrance and didn’t change the texture or feel of my hair.
