Too Faced Love Light Prismatic Highlighter

Surprisingly subtle
In the package and on the skin, this highlighter is mesmerizingly pretty. It's a lovely metallic hue. The baked-like formula means you have to go over it with a stiff brush to really build it up to a blinding glow. It's not something I reach for every day. Buildable, pretty shimmer
I agree, it definitely takes some muscle to get that crazy sheen, but I prefer to have to build up to it than start off with a megawatt glow for every day wear. When you do get it to your desired level of shimmer, it's so pretty! It is however getting harder to test highlighters because there isn't a whole lot of variety in the colors. I do like the color choices Too Faced went with and the adorable little heart shaped compact.
