Not worth it at all.

While I'm always excited to have an opportunity to test out a new product for total beauty, I have to admit that I was very skeptical when I received this particular product. However, despite taking them with food and water, I found myself nauseous a little while after taking them. Still, I persisted to give them a fair try. Unfortunately, after two weeks of faithful use, I found that my skin became oilier and began to break out. Since I didn't change anything in my routine other than these pills, I have to assume that the negative effects were caused by them. I would not recommend them-- if you want to add more moisture to your skin, drink more water and use a high quality moisturizer. I cannot give these pills my endorsement.

Very Nice!

Definitely hydrated my skin giving me a more youthful appearance. My nails have grown out as well, as I am starting to see the white tips appear. I will continue to buy but I not sure if 70mg of Ceramides is enough even with taking it twice a day. I've always read the recommended daily amount is 350mg. If you are new to ceramides, this is a good start.

Good product for now and then skin+ hair boost

I got these vitamins from TotalBeauty to test and review. They happened to arrive at the point in time when my skin was going through a tough patch right after I experimented with some skincare+ had a lot of stress, so I had flakes, tightness, and my hair was falling out a bit too much. What is most noticeable and most likely connected with the vitamins is that my hair stopped falling out, and the nails look good. You do get a good dose of Biotin in this supplement among other things. I didn't get any unpleasant side-effects with digestion and didn't get any breakouts. The vitamins come in a nice container, and you get 50 softgels, which will last you 25 days. I saw some reviewers saying that it isn't much, but I'd say it is enough for a time to time boost. Not sure it is a good idea to take this supplement for a prolonged period of time since it has a pretty high amount of non-water-soluble vitamin E, I personally tend to be cautious with such things. I don't think the supplement is enough to give you beautiful and moisturized skin, you still need to take care of it externally, but that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. In my case, the combo of skincare+ Nature Made Glow fixed my peeling and tight skin in a matter of days to the point where I haven't been wearing foundation, because skin looks too nice to be covered up. Very balanced- no dryness, no oiliness, pure perfection. Good product, presented nicely, my only complaint would be is that if you buy it, it is a bit on a pricey side.
