Gregory Arlt, Director of Makeup Artisty at MAC Cosmetics:
Hello, I'm Gregory Arlt, the Director of Makeup Artisty for MAC Cosmetics. And one of my favorite faces to do is Victoria Beckham. She's chic, she's cute, she's sexy, she's smoldering and I'm going to teach you how to go get that make up look. So I've actually started by using a foundation that's two to three shades darker because I really want to give her that gorgeous tanned look. You can either continue the foundation all the way down or use a self-tanner the day of Halloween just so you've got that perfect consistency. So you definitely need to have that bronzed, sort of san tropez skin.
Victoria's got beautiful cheekbones, so what you want to do is to really enhance what you have. Start with a dark bronzy shadow with a soft blush make up brush. And I'm using it right under the cheekbone to get that very sunken in, hollowed out, very defined cheek. Now that we've contoured her cheek it's important to do a really beautiful warm, bronzy, sunkissed color right on the apple of the cheek. I'm using a color just on the apple that has a lot of bronze in it, a lot of shine on it, and just blending that right into the contour, so it just brings that beautiful sheen to the skin.
To really make the cheekbones pop a really great step is to use highlighter. What I like to do on Victoria is that really beautiful sort of golden editorial glow. So let's highlight the cheekbones with a golden shimmery frosted shadow. Using it just under the eyebrow and right onto the upper cheekbone for that gorgeous editorial glow. It just goes right onto that upper check bones and it allows the cheekbone to look even more hallowed out and I'll take a little bit of that same color just down the bridge of the nose to highlight.
Next what I'm going to apply is a little bit of golden bronze eye shadow all over her eyelid. Using a very stiff dense make up brush taking this all over the lid, a beautiful gold metallic color. Then with the same color I'm taking it just around her bottom lash line with a brush little smaller and a really wide bronzed, golden shadow. The next step is adding black liner on the inside of the eye for that smoldering, sexy look. So now that we've applied the black pencil, what I'm going to take is a darker plum eye shadow and I'm going to smudge that towards the outer corner of the eye right on with an angled brush. And sort of make it a little more diffused, sort of haphazard. Victoria likes it to look a little messy.
And the final step with eyelining is to add a black eye shadow just to the outer corners of the top lash line with an angled brush. You can just use the same blackened plum. I like black because it looks a little bit more dramatic.
The final step is mascara. Lots and lots of mascara. So using just a bit of the black. If you want, you can apply false lashes.
And now we're finally at the lips. And when it comes to Victoria, light pale glossy and bronzed is the ticket. So I'm just going to use a light pale bronzy lip gloss so just pack it in. I'm using a color that has an orange tint to it that not only works with to her natural lip color but also really ties into her whole bronzed look. So we finished the lip.
She's looking very posh, very chic, very amazing. Now if you are brave and you want to chop your hair off like Nina, you should and just commit to it. But if not, go get a blonde wig or a brunette wig. Just get something short, chic and sassy and you'll be all set.

Um, the face make up especially the blush looked like a circus clown. The eye make up (and lip color) was amazing looking though.
