Look of the Week: Gwyneth Paltrow

Whether you love her or love to hate her, you can't deny that Gwyneth Paltrow is doing a pretty amazing job at selling her lifestyle brand. Between her newsletter-turned-website, Goop, and her growing portfolio of cookbooks, she's on track for world domination -- or at least it seems like that's her hope.

Her latest book, "It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great," came out this week, and Paltrow hit the book tour circuit. In truth, she did look great. Perhaps as a nod to the minimalist look she wears on the book's cover, she opted for natural makeup -- liner, mascara, bronzer, and not much else -- and even more basic hair.

While there's nothing earthshattering about the look, it's pretty enough to make me consider buying the book. And isn't that the point?
