Why: Readers says this is "not a winner." One reader says, "maybe my wrinkles are too deep or something but this just doesn't work on me. Only remarks I got were from my husband and son who asked what the shiny white stuff was between my eyebrows. I did keep using it, but nothing happened." Another reader says, "after one to two months of use, I couldn't tell any difference in the lines on which I was using it. I even used it in conjunction with other products from the same line. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it." Other readers have "sent [it] back and [are] waiting for a refund."

Tanning costs a lot of money and it can cost you your life. However, it is also safe if you do spray tanning which costs $40 a week where I come from. NO NO NO

Thanks, I will definitely steer clear of these. I agree that the L'Oreal products are very greasy and irritated my skin as well.

GREAT info! I've used a few of the products and agree that they aren't worth the price (the Freeze 24/7 and the Dr. Brant neck cream). There are several listed that I have thought of trying but will now refrain from doing so or try a sample first. Likely though, having seen that some of the negative effects didn't occur until after several weeks of use....I may just skip them altogether rather than mess with the samples.

The only one of the aforementioned "Terrible 24" I've used is the Garnier Skin Renew – and I'd have to agree with the review & average star rating. Nothing miraculous by any stretch of the imagination. Also, thankful to not find any Lumene products on this list. Recently began using a few & love them!
