Bright Eyes Step 3: To get the fabulous eyes in this look, we used colors from EM Michelle Phan's The Life Palette, $75, in Party. Using a small eye shadow brush, like Make Up For Ever Professional Eye Shadow Brush #5N, $23, apply a gold shadow over your lid. Use the shadow to line the inner corner of your eye and extend it halfway across your lower lash line. To get even more pigment, dip the brush in water before applying shadow.
