Self-care can come in the form of massage, stretching, acupuncture, meditation or physical therapy to allow you to relax while your body restores itself. "Several of my clients make this a weekly priority since they are using their body so much," says Pryce. "You need to make sure if you're going to work out hard you restore hard too."
