Look of the Day: Kristen Bell's Soft Smoky Eye Kristen Bell showed up the 2017 People's Choice Awards last night ready to break hearts in a metallic Rasario jumpsuit, paired with a dramatic eye and effortlessly tousled waves. Bell teamed up with makeup artist, Simone Almekias-Siegl, who said her inspiration for Bell's look stemmed from her edgy jumpsuit. "I wanted her skin to look fresh, and her makeup classy and sexy," Almekias-Siegl says. "I decided to give her a soft smoky eye with a nude lip."
To get her look, Almekias-Siegl applied Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint in Nude, followed by Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer to make Bell's skin perfectly even. Almekias-Siegl then brushed Bell's t-zone with Neutrogena Shine Control Powder to add some sheen to her skin, and followed it with a sweep of Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blends bronzer in Sunkissed along the forehead, temples and chin to give her skin a golden glow.
As for her stellar smoky eye? Alemkias-Siegl swiped on Neutrogena Long Wear Eye Shadow + Built-in Primer in Smoky Steel in her crease and outer eye area, and highlighted her brow bone with the lightest color in the palette. She finished Bell's look with Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Liner in Cosmic Black, applying from mid to outer eye to open up her eyes more, and brushed on a few coats of Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara in Carbon Black and Neutrogena Healthy Lengths Mascara to give Bell's lashes some serious volume.
