Smoke It Out Hailee Steinfeld's slicked-back hair allows her smoky cat eye, bold brows and contoured cheekbones to take center stage. Celebrity makeup artist Stephen Sollitto applied Laura Mercier Longwear Crème Eye Pencil in Noir with an angled liner brush to create her elongated cat eye. He then traced over it using Laura Mercier Baked Eye Color in Lagoon, and added it along her lower lash line as well for a colorful, youthful feel.
