Pretty in pastels Use a pastel eyeliner pencil to finish off a glittery eye look. It's bold, but the soft shimmering colors all work together, making it perfect for an evening out. First, sweep on thick strokes of silver and green eyeshadow, then enhance the bottom of the eye with a pale blue eyeliner, like Natasha Denona Eye Liner Pencil, $18. Go full-out with a few individual lashes on the lower lash line.
