Our makeover dream team -- celeb stylist Ted Gibson, owner of Ted Gibson Salon in New York City, and celeb makeup artist and Beauty.com spokesperson Tina Turnbow -- are about to give Elizabeth a major hair and makeup update.

"I want a new look that will show I'm a successful professional. I've had the same hair since high school," said Elizabeth, 34 -- total polar opposite of the women in these hair makeovers.

Dark eggplant hair will make Elizabeth's blue eyes totally pop. "Taking her lighter would be a typical choice," says Jason Backe, master colorist at Ted Gibson Salon and color director for Clairol. "I'm ready for something chic," says our fearless Elizabeth, who usually wears a ponytail. So Gibson cut a pony-proof angled bob with sexy, longer layers in front -- a flattering cut for most women since it lengthens the neck and frames the face.
