Find a sports bra that locks 'em in place
Working out when you have a large bust can be no fun. Too much motion can cause breast and back pain. Try an adorable sports bra like the Victoria's Secret Incredible Knockout Ultra Max, $49.50. If you have big boobs, the Boobuddy is a godsend. The adjustable exercise band is worn across the breasts (either under or over a sports bra) to decrease movement during cardio, weights, yoga — you name it. Breasts have what is called the Cooper's ligament, which provides structure and shape. Excessive bouncing and movement over time can stretch out the ligament, causing sagging and discomfort, but this band renders them practically immobile.
