Face exfoliants work for your body too
This goes doubly true for exfoliants. Take any overly stringent exfoliant and give it new life as a body scrub for a little extra pampering. Pro-tip: AHAs and BHAs are especially good for skin issues such as bacne.

Repurpose your moisturizer as hand cream
If you have moisturizers that you only use during certain seasons, chances are you don't always get the chance to use them up before they expire. Prevent waste by using facial moisturizers as a lotion or hand cream instead. The drier areas of your body (such as elbows and knees) will thank you!

Try: St. Ives Timeless Skin Collagen Elastin Facial Moisturizer, $6.49

Mix some drops of facial oil with lotion or use it for your nails
Facial oils have a specific shelf life and if left unused, it can really be a waste. If, for whatever reason, you can't use one of your facial oils, try mixing it with your lotion or cream to give it an extra boost of moisture. You can also pamper your nails and cuticles by putting on oil before going to sleep.

Try: Paradox Marrakech Liquid Gold, $65
