Love this eyelkner, stays on the understrength does not run doesn't make you look like a raccoon

This cream liner flakes and dries quick. The brush works well, but it's insanely hard and scratchy. This could be something I could live with if it weren't so darn expensive. Next time I'll spend the few extra bucks and buy a MAC fluidline.
