I usually put this on after using pencil liner, and it really sets the color and adds a lot of drama! Powder liner can take some getting used to, and MAKE SURE you have a really good brush to apply it with. But once you get the hang of it you'll be hooked!

This eyeliner is great! However you do need to get the perfect ratio of eyeliner and water or it wont come out right. I also noticed after a few days the eyeliner would get all over my hands and it would eblnd up all over my face.
