Still on the fence...

Great Under-Eye Brightener
I have perpetual dark under-eyes and this highlighter does a good job of concealing the darkness and making me look as if I'm a college student who actually gets enough sleep every night. Since there are no sparkle particles to be found I also apply the Magic Lumi down my nose and on my Cupid's Bow for added faux light.
