I have been using this for about 2 months and it has lighten up the lines on my neck slightly. I used this nightly, applying a pea sized amount to the base of the neck and blending it in in an upward motion (fight gravity!) This cream has a pretty thick consistency so make sure to apply enough so you're not dragging the skin. It gets absorbed fast.
