Illuminating, but Nothing Special

Feeling pretty meh.
The stick applicator was difficult to use. I don’t like to use anything to apply under eye concealer other than a soft brush or fingertips, the stick pulled on the soft eye tissue too much for my liking. It color itself was pretty good, and did help to brighten dark under eye circles, but also didn't provide enough coverage.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
