I haven't been using the product long enough yet to notice any smoothing effects of the retinol. Nonetheless, I'm really impressed by how potent and yet gentle this product is. Other retinol products burn when I apply them but this one doesn't. I appreciate that's it's also loaded with vitamin C and peptides so I really don't have to think about adding other anti-aging products to my regimen.
