The #ProductEmpties We Loved to the Last DropFrom new finds to longtime favorites, these are beauty products that our editors use until the bitter end (of the tube) |
The Eye Makeup Remover Pads That Can (Gently) Take Off Anything I have annoyingly sensitive eyes, and I find most serious eye makeup removers to be incredibly irritating. I also have a deep love of waterproof felt tip eyeliners -- which is not a good combination.
Fortunately, Burt's Bees Eye Makeup Remover Pads, $6, exist, and they are beyond gentle. The fabric is silky soft and the formula feels refreshing -- almost cooling -- on your lids. (That sensation is thanks to soothing kiwi extract.) They're also moisturizing but not oily, and they can take off anything -- even my favorite, impenetrable Marc Jacobs Magic Marc'er. They're only $6, and they're so good, you only need to use one for both eyes.
Now, I can go to bed with neither messy leftover liner nor puffy, red eyes -- meaning I no longer scare my husband. -Dawn Davis
