Gina Rodriguez For "Jane the Virgin" star Gina Rodriguez, red carpet beauty starts the night before with a hydrating mask. She recommends Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask, $34.50; "It's like a big drink of water for my face -- and I wake up to an incredible glow," she told People Style. She then starts the day with Clinique's 3-Step System, $47, which includes a cleanser, exfoliator and moisturizer, all customizable to your skin type.

Even more relatable? Rodriguez just started using eye cream. "My mom recently told me, 'Don't wait until you're older to start [using] eye treatments.' I'd never really thought about it, in all honesty, so I was like, 'Okay, Mom. For sure.' But she's right," she said.
